www.nudin.store (in the following also named the "Website") is provided and owned by Boris Nudin Aleksander Dunin (in the following named “Nudin”) with the registered address:

These sales and delivery conditions (in the following named as the ”Terms”) apply to all purchases of goods at the Website.

This store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT
You select the product(s) you want to buy and put them in your shopping cart. You can edit the contents of the cart right up to the time of order and you can continuously check the contents and price of the product(s). When you are ready to order, click "checkout" and choose your delivery and payment method. Any extra payments such as shipping or debit card charges is clearly indicated during the check-out process. By submitting an order, you accepts full responsibility for having checked that all the colours of the chosen product(s) and the size(s) is correct. Every submitted order shall be considered final.

When you place an order to purchase a product, you will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail to show that your order has been received. The Order Confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, once you have received a 'receipt/invoice' email from us stating that we have dispatched your product and a tracking number. Therefore, Tekla has the right to cancel your order in the event of technical problems, delivery failure, and other similar situations. If Tekla cancels an order, you will be informed hereof and any payment or reservation made using a payment method will be returned/cancelled.

You can pay with the means of payment specified on our Website. At the present, we accept the following means of payment:

Your payment will be charged to the means of payment you have selected when your ordered product(s) leave our warehouse for delivery.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We exercise the utmost diligence in accepting and processing your order and we endeavour to dispatch your order in the fastest possible time. Though we aim to deliver within the time frame, the delivery may take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event, the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

You can see what countries we deliver to and the estimated delivery time below. If you cannot see your location listed, unfortunately, that means we do not currently deliver to your country.

We currently ship to the following countries:

Poland (1-2 business days)
EU, UK, Norway and Switzerland (2-3 business days)

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

We want to make sure you feel safe and that you have all the information you need to make sure you get the products you desire - ask us anything you want.

Status

You can always reach out for a status on your order. Please contact ciao@nudin.store and include your order number as a reference.

The tracking number for your shipment will be sent to you in a separate email once the order is shipped.

Nudin reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel or hold any order you place with us. Once we’ve received your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that indicates the order number and contains information about the details of your order.

By submitting an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for having checked that all the colours of the chosen product/s AND the size are correct. Every submitted order shall be considered final.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CUSTOMERS ONLY)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days after delivery. The Right of Withdrawal period starts on the day you received the product(s).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may use the return guide included in your parcel. The withdrawal deadline is met if you proceed with the return within your notice of withdrawal before the period has expired.

If you exercise your Right of Withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without unnecessary delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the date when we received your withdrawal notice. 

Refunds will be credited through the same method used to make the payment. We expect you to return the items as soon as possible after you have given your withdrawal notice and no later than 14 days after you have changed your mind. We may withhold the repayment until we have received the product(s) or until you have submitted documentation that the product(s) have been returned.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY


Returns

Nudin gladly accept returns but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Products should be returned new, unused, and with all Nudin tags.

Tekla will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses related to returns or exchanges are covered by the customer.

Please act according to the guidance on the Returns Page. You can also contact ciao@nudin.store to arrange the return of the product(s).

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

You are liable for a possible deterioration of the product's value caused by you in the way of trying the products. You may try the product in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the product is used in any other way than described above we consider the product as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.

As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned products will be credited to the credit card used to place the order originally, any taxes or import duties incurred will be deducted. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not accept responsibility for products lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

Defects and warranty

You have a 24 month right to complaint. This means that you can either have a faulty product(s) repaired or replaced, receive a refund or reduction in the purchase price, depending on the specific situation. Your right to complain is applicable only to defects of the product(s) that were present at the time of delivery and not defects that have occurred as a result of faulty usage or damages made after you have received the product(s).

If you have a complaint regarding faults in your received product(s), including damage incurred in transit, please let us know within a reasonable period of time from the point where the defect was identified by e-mailing our customer care service at ciao@nudin.store.

If you are returning faulty product(s), please contact our customer care service at ciao@nudin.store to get a pre-paid return label. If you choose not to use the pre-paid return label (making you responsible for all costs associated with the return) please send the items to:

If the claim is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs incurred when sending the product(s) back to us.

COPYRIGHT


Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, but that doesn’t mean you can take any of our intellectual property. All of the content that appears on the Website, including without limitation all designs, illustrations, icons, photographs, video clips and written materials, as well as the compilation of the Website, products, and other materials, are the exclusive property of Nudin and are protected by Polish laws.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations in relation to the Terms and conditions, if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond our control.

WEBSITE UPDATES

We do our best to update the Website and to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning the goods are correct. Typographical errors and errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning the goods may occur, and sometimes we discover that the prices on goods are incorrect.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our Terms may be updated from time to time (e.g. to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity or changes to relevant legislation and regulations), so we, therefore, ask you to accept our Terms each time you are making a purchase from the Website. You will not be given notification of any such changes. The Terms that were applicable and that you accepted when you made your purchase will be the Terms that apply to your order.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any contracts concluded between us using these Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute, which may arise in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
